Standard Terms

At EDU-RADITION TUTORIALS LIMITED LIABILITY PARTNERSHIP, we offer flexible options to ensure satisfaction if you or your child decide to discontinue any paid classes. Please note that refund is only initiated if the parent/student has not violated any term mentioned in end user agreement, privacy policy and terms and conditions. 

Options Available to Parents

  1. Teacher Replacement
  • Free replacement of the teacher (subject to the availability of an alternate teacher).
  • Please provide at least two weeks’ advance notice for a teacher change request, where possible.
  1. Class Transfer
  • Transfer the remaining balance to another class with EDU-RADIATION TUTORIALS for the same student or a sibling.
  1. Refund of Pending Balance
  • If Options 1 and 2 are not viable, a refund of the pending balance is issued with a 3.5% deduction to cover bank charges.
  • Refunds are processed on a pro-rata basis, i.e., completed classes are deducted, and the balance for pending classes is refunded. 

Refund Terms

  • A full refund or make-up classes will be provided for any classes cancelled or missed by EDU-RADIATION TUTORIALS or the teacher.
  • If you miss three consecutive classes without prior communication, the class fees will be forfeited, and the teacher or EDU-RADIATION TUTORIALS reserves the right to cancel the classes.
  • If a learner has not joined the meeting 15 minutes after the start time, the teacher may cancel the meeting at their discretion. This will be treated as a missed class, and no refund will be issued.
  • Any last moment cancellation is not entertained parent/student has to inform the teacher/academy at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled class, else class will be counted as taken.
  • Missed Classes:
    • For private lessons, parents must notify EDU-RADIATION TUTORIALS at least 24 hours in advance for rescheduling or cancellations. Rescheduled classes should be conducted within the same week.
    • Requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be handled on a best-effort basis. Otherwise, missed classes will be considered regular sessions.
  • Delay in Joining Class:
    • The teacher will only conduct the class until the scheduled end time, regardless of delays caused by the student, But if issue is caused by teacher/academy then teacher will cover the missed minutes of the class. 

Processing Time for Refunds

Refunds generally take 5-7 working days to process.

Policy Revisions

EDU-RADIATION TUTORIALS LLP reserves the right to revise or amend the refund policy at any time without prior notice.
